♦  传统豆腐1块蒸熟约10分钟

酱汁:
♦  1)蒜头2瓣去衣剁碎
♦  2)豆酱2汤匙用水冲一冲(取其香味不要太咸)+ 南乳1寸1块压碎
♦  3)糖2汤匙
♦  4)水200ml
♦  5)麻油、胡椒粉各少许

勾芡:
♦  蜀粉、水各1茶匙搅匀

做法
热镬倒入适量的油 + 1)炒香 + 2)炒香 + 3)炒匀 + 4)煮开勾芡熄火 + 5) 炒匀盛起淋在蒸熟的豆腐上即可。
