罐头豆豉鱼焖苦瓜


1)蒜头2瓣、姜2片剁碎
2)豆酱1汤匙用刀柄稍微压一压
3)苦瓜1条去籽去囊切块(若怕苦就用少许盐腌一腌)
4)水100 ml
5)豆豉鱼1罐,把鱼肉撕小块(我为了拍照所以没撕 )

调味料:
蚝油1汤匙、糖1/2茶匙、胡椒粉少许


a.  “熄火再煮锅”内锅中先放入适量的油+1)+2)
b.  开中心的小炉火加热炒香+3)炒匀+4)+5)+调味料搅匀煮沸熄火,
c.  把内锅移到外锅中,盖好外锅盖焖10分钟即可
