材料
  1)虾300g去壳、去肠、开背+盐、胡椒粉各少许腌一下
♦  2)传统豆腐2块切丁
♦  3)水200ml
♦  4)蒜头2瓣剁碎

调味料:
♦  蚝油、生抽各1汤匙
♦  盐1/2茶匙
♦  糖1茶匙
♦  胡椒粉少许

勾芡:
♦  蜀粉、水各1茶匙搅匀

做法
热镬倒入少许油 + 1)两面煎一下推一边 + 4)炒香 +3)、调味料搅匀 + 豆腐(不要搅动以免破裂)煮30秒轻轻翻搅再煮1分钟勾芡熄火再撒入少许胡椒粉即可。
