♦  甘望鱼肉 500g (我用马鲛鱼仔)
♦  木薯粉 250g
( 我放木薯粉 125 g +沙谷粉 125 g )
(没倒完,留一点做手粉)
♦  盐 ½tsp
♦  胡椒粉 少许

1.  全部材料拌在一起,然后放入搅拌器搅碎。(我是先把鱼肉用刀剁碎,然后加入其它材料用手边捉边拌方式拌。)

2.  手上涂粉,取一小部分鱼胶,搓成条状,重复至所有鱼胶搓完。

3.  蒸约10分钟。(视鱼条长短大小)

4.  热油,炸至浅黄色即可。
