金桔酸辣脆瓜

酸酸甜甜辣辣脆脆的开胃菜,吃了还想再吃哦~

材料
♦  日式小黄瓜 3条
♦  红辣椒+小辣椒切片 各3条
♦  柠檬汁 1粒
♦  金桔碎 1大汤匙
♦  幼糖 1汤匙

做法
1.  小黄瓜用切片模切成薄片,用1茶匙盐和1茶匙幼糖,捉均匀,腌10分钟!

2.  然后,把盐份和糖份清水清洗掉,挤压干水份!

3.  加入其它材料一起放冰箱腌制2小时以上,就可以享用了!
