材料
♦  模具:18cm x 18cm 方烤盘
♦  用具:pop-up 模3个
♦  蛋黄 。。2个
♦  蛋白 。。2个
♦  幼糖 。。15克(加入蛋白中)
♦  幼糖 。。10克(加入蛋黄中)
♦  粟米油 。。16克
♦  牛奶 。。16克
♦  低筋面粉 。。34克
♦  植物性鲜奶油 。。110克(打发)
♦  草莓切片适量,草莓适量(装饰)

做法
1)蛋黄加入幼糖拌匀至糖溶化,加入粟米油,牛奶拌匀,筛入低粉拌匀。

2)蛋白分次加入幼糖,打至干性发泡。

3)将 1 和 2 混合,轻轻翻拌均匀成细腻糊状。倒入铺了油纸的烤盘,抹平,震几下烤盘,放入预热烤箱,150度,约15-20分钟,出炉后撕开油纸。(烤箱温度和时间只供参考)。

4)接着做cupcakes 的做法,将待凉后的蛋糕压出九个圆状。第一层先放入一片蛋糕,然后加入切片草莓,接着挤入鲜奶油,然后重复加入一片蛋糕的做法,草莓就不需再加,一直到第三片蛋糕,挤上鲜奶油,装饰,就可以了。放入冰箱冷藏更美味。
