海菜蕃茄蛋花汤

  海味蔬食新汤饮,简易烹调人人会。鲜味滋养可常饮,淋上香油阵阵香。


♦   海菜、蕃茄、鸡蛋
 调料:海盐、水、香油

1.   蕃茄切块,鸡蛋加醋搅匀,薑切丝备用
2.   取一深锅把水烧开,倒入海菜烧开后放入蕃茄,再烧开后倒入蛋液,然后加点香油及海盐即可饮用
