♦   全鸡腿肉    1只
♦   腊肠            1条
♦   香菇            2朵(中型)
♦   姜                1小块

腌料:
  花雕酒        1汤匙
♦   薯粉            1茶匙
♦   胡椒粉        少许
♦   Maggi Seasoning     1茶匙

事先准备:
1.   全鸡腿洗净去骨,切片。然后加入腌料腌制半个小时,备用。
2.   腊肠和香菇清洗干净,然后各自切式片状,姜切成丝状。

1.   取一蒸盘,把腌制好的鸡肉片排入盘里,然后再排入鸡肉的间隔缝里。
2.   铺上香菇片,再撒上姜丝即可。

3.   内锅加入水再放入蒸架,按 “Steam” 键,让温度上升至水滚。
4.   放入之前准备好的腊肠鸡肉,盖上盖子。
5.   温度到达100度时,蒸上15分钟后就可断电,焖多10分钟即可取出享用或继续保温。
