香菇腊肠蒸鸡

♦ 全鸡腿肉 1只
♦ 腊肠 1条
♦ 香菇 2朵（中型）
♦ 姜 1小块

腌料：
♦ 花雕酒 1汤匙
♦ 薯粉 1茶匙
♦ 胡椒粉少许
♦ Maggi Seasoning 1茶匙

事先准备：
1. 全鸡腿洗净去骨，切片。然后加入腌料腌制半个小时，备用。
2. 腊肠和香菇清洗干净，然后各自切式片状，姜切成丝状。

1. 取一蒸盘，把腌制好的鸡肉片排入盘里，然后再排入鸡肉的间隔缝里。
2. 铺上香菇片，再撒上姜丝即可。

3. 内锅加入水再放入蒸架，按 “Steam” 键，让温度上升至水滚。
4. 放入之前准备好的腊肠鸡肉，盖上盖子。
5. 温度到达100度时，蒸上15分钟后就可断电，焖多10分钟即可取出享用或继续保温。
