咖哩猪排HL142-2


♦  里脊肉400g左右（切筷子厚度）（6片）
♦  鸡蛋1粒
♦  面包糠适量

腌料：
♦  咖哩粉1汤匙
♦  酱青1汤匙
♦  黑胡椒粉1茶匙
♦  蚝油1汤匙
♦  木薯粉1大汤匙


1.  切好的里脊肉薄片，用刀背拍松！

2.  加入腌料腌制6小时或隔夜更加入味，松软！

3.  腌制好的里脊肉加入鸡蛋拌匀！

4.  外面沾满面包糠！

5.  热锅，加入比较多的油份，小火炸至表面金黄色，拿起沥干油份！即可享用！
