金香奶油排骨DSC234-2

♦  排骨500g
♦  咖哩叶1把
♦  红辣椒2条
♦  鲜奶油1把200g
♦  金瓜泥300g（金瓜去皮，切块，蒸软，用汤匙压成泥）
♦  鸡蛋1粒
♦  蒜头碎2汤匙
♦  牛油1小块

腌料：
♦  木薯粉2汤匙
♦  胡椒粉半茶匙
♦  蚝油2汤匙
♦  酱青1汤匙
♦  鸡粉半茶匙

调味料：
♦  番茄酱2大汤匙
♦  盐适量
♦  白糖适量


1.  排骨沥干水份，加入腌料腌制6小时备用！

2.  腌好的排骨，加入鸡蛋拌匀备用！

3.  热锅，加入比较多的油份，排骨一块一块沾上马铃薯粉/玉米粉，下锅大火油炸至金黄色捞起沥干油份备用！

4.  热锅，小火加入牛油，煮融化后，把咖哩叶，蒜头碎和红辣椒一起大火炒香！

5.  炒香后，加入鲜奶油，金瓜泥炒匀后，加入调味料，小火拌炒至浓稠！

6.  炸好的排骨，快速拌匀！盛盘，即可享用！
