♦   茭白、番茄、皮蛋
调料:
♦   海盐、白糖、薑片


1.   茭白洗净滚刀切备用,蕃茄洗净切块备用,薑切片备用,皮蛋切丁备用

2.   起油锅放入香片煸炒,倒入番茄炒至茄红素出来,在倒入茭白

3.   翻炒至茭白全熟,倒入皮蛋拌炒加调料海盐与白糖
