奶油虾

♦  明虾 ~ 500g
♦  咖哩叶 ~ 5g
♦  红辣椒 ~ 两条(切片)
♦  指天椒 ~ 3条(切茸)
♦  谈奶 ~ 1罐(390g)
♦  无盐奶油 ~ 40g(煎虾用)
♦  无盐奶油 ~ 25g
♦  盐 ~ 1小匙

1.  明虾修剪头和脚,在虾背剪开去虾肠,洗干净~

2.  热锅放入40g的无盐奶油和明虾,小火煎香至两面金黄色,取出备用~HZ208-4

3.  锅里再放入25g的无盐奶油和咖哩叶爆香少许,倒入红辣椒、指天椒和已煎香的明虾反炒一下倒入谈奶,大火煮滚5分钟至奶汁浓缩。

4.  最后加入盐调味,盛起,即可享用~
