♦  鸡翅4-5只 (洗净,分两段)
♦  蒜头6瓣 (去皮,拍烂)
♦  椰糖70克

调料:
♦  蚝油1大匙
♦  ABC酱油2大匙
♦  花雕酒1大匙
♦  鱼露1大匙 (可用生抽代替)
♦  黑醋4大匙
♦  胡椒粉适量

1.  热锅倒入少许油爆香蒜头,加入鸡肉翻炒加蚝油炒匀后入续加其它的调料炒匀加入3大匙水份。用小火慢煮至稍微收汁即可。
