♦  肉碎
♦  萝卜碎
♦  洋葱碎
♦  胡椒粉
♦  生抽
♦  五香粉
♦  木薯粉


1.  肉碎,萝卜碎,洋葱碎,加入适量的生抽,胡椒粉少许,五香粉少许,木薯粉,混合搅拌均匀。然后搓成球形,再用手按一按,让丸子更扎实,完成全部后,放进冰箱几个小时后就可以煮了。

煮法 : 可以炸,可以煮成汁。

炸法 :
1.  粘上面粉,热锅热油,中小火慢慢的炸,炸至金黄就可以上锅了。

煮成汁的做法 :
1.  就是热锅热油许,蒜拍扁炒至金黄,倒入水,加些生抽,晒油少许,胡椒粉少许然后把肉丸慢慢的放进锅里,蓋锅中火焖三到五分钟,然后翻一翻肉丸,再煮一煮,然后上锅前大个芡,就可以了。。。
