香柠黑椒煎鸡扒

♦  鸡全腿  2只

腌料:
♦  胡椒粉   少许
♦  黑胡椒碎  少许
♦  蚝油     1汤匙
♦  麻油     1汤匙
♦  玉米粉   1汤匙
♦  鸡蛋     1粒(打散)

1)全鸡腿去骨,洗净。把水分抹干。
2)然后加入所有的腌料,腌制1个小时以上。
3)取出腌好的鸡肉,烧热平底锅,加入少许的油。
4)将鸡全腿摊开,然后放入锅里煎。
5)以中小火,将鸡肉煎至两面呈金黄色,即可熄火盛碟。
6)配上准备好的柠檬粘酱,即可享用。

柠檬粘酱:
♦  柠檬  1粒
♦  白糖  3汤匙
♦  麦芽糖   1汤匙
♦  卡士达粉  1汤匙


1)柠檬榨汁,备用。

2)柠檬汁加入卡士达粉搅拌均匀至无颗粒。

3)然后再加入白糖和麦芽糖拌至糖溶解。

4)倒入小锅里,用小火慢慢加热,不停的搅拌至有点粘稠即可熄火。


♥  糖的份量可根据自己喜欢的酸甜度来自行调整。

♥  卡士达粉=蛋黄粉=Custard Powder,一般超市都有卖。
