奶油麦片虾 (NESTUM BUTTER PRAWNS)

 A :
♦  20 只  老虎虾(洗净,吸干水分,加一点盐和胡椒粉调味 )
♦  1 粒  蛋白
♦  适量 玉米粉

B
♦  50 克 牛油
♦  5 条  红小辣椒
♦  3 条咖喱叶
♦  10 汤匙  NESTUM 麦片(原味)
♦  1/2 小匙 白糖
♦  1/2 小匙  盐
♦  少许 胡椒粉

C (装饰)
♦  少许 青葱粒
♦  少许 红辣椒碎

1.  把老虎虾洗净,在背后开一刀,挑出虾肠,用厨房纸巾吸干水分,加少许盐  和胡椒粉调味。

2.  加入蛋白拌均,撒上薄薄的一层玉米粉,马上放入热油锅里,用大火炸至8成熟,  捞起,沥干油,待用。

3.  烧热另一个干净的锅,用中火爆香牛油,小辣椒,咖喱叶,转小火倒NESTUM麦片,白糖,盐和胡椒粉快速拌均。

4.  之后马上拌入已炸香的虾,拌炒至麦片香脆,装盘,撒上装饰材料,即可享用。

♥  要用大火炸虾,才会脆。炒香麦片时一定要转小火拌炒虾,因为麦片会很快焦。

♥  新手的朋友最好把麦片,白糖,盐和胡椒粉拌在碗里,方便倒进锅里,以免耽误了时间,把麦片炒焦。
