♦ 2块水豆腐
♦ 2条蛋豆腐
♦ 150g鱼胶
♦ 1粒蛋
♦ 1大匙芫茜碎
♦ 2大匙红萝卜碎
♦ 2大匙炸香鱿鱼干碎
♦ 1小匙盐
♦ 1/2小匙胡椒粉
♦ 少许鸡精粉
1. 把水豆腐,蛋豆腐放入水果机打至滑
2. 将所有材料拌均匀,蒸模里涂上油,倒入拌好的材料,用中火蒸20分钟,取出待冷,切片
3. 鍋里烧热油,把蒸好的豆腐沾上玉米粉,炸至金黄,上碟,配上美乃滋享用
