♦ 准备一片巧克力海绵蛋糕
♦ 一个7吋方模
布丁层:
♥ (A) :
♦ 燕菜粉 13g
♦ 斑斓叶 4片
♦ 糖 150g
♦ 清水 800ml
♦ 椰浆 400ml
♥ (B):
♦ 粟粉 1汤匙
♦ 淡奶 2汤匙
（混合后，搅拌均匀）
♥ (C) :
♦ 大红豆（罐装） 半罐（用热水洗走糖浆）
♦ 煎堆（cendol ） 半碗
♦ 玉米酱（罐装） 半碗
1)把巧克力海绵蛋糕片放进方模后， 再放进冰箱里冷藏20分钟， 备用。
2）材料(A)煮滚后， 转小火煮多三分钟， 再把材料(B) 加进去搅拌均匀? 熄火? 过滤? 分成三份?加入少许色素。
3）布丁层：
第一层~ 大红豆 + 400ml 布丁水
第二层~ 煎堆 + 400ml 布丁水
第三层~ 玉米酱 + 400ml 布丁水
4）把第一层的大红豆铺好在巧克力海绵蛋糕上， 然后慢慢倒进布丁水， 待半凝固。
5） 接着是第二层，第三层（重复做法（4））
6）完成作品 ? 待凝固后 ?放进冰箱里冷藏至少三个小时以上就可以脱模享用了。
