凤梨咕嚕肉是一道非常开胃菜餚，微甜微酸的味道，加上凤梨的酸甜让肉质变得不再油腻~


♦  五花肉500g
♦  凤梨1块
♦  蛋1粒
♦  黄瓜半条
♦  蒜蓉1匙
♦  糖1大匙
♦  盐巴少许
♦  玉米粉1匙
♦  番茄酱2大匙
♦  食水(白开水)5大匙


1.  将黄瓜切丁，凤梨切块，蒜蓉剁碎，花肉切块《厚片薄片都可以》

2.  将花肉洗净切块，加入蛋，盐巴和玉米粉腌製30分钟。
