皮料:
♦  澄粉 200g
♦  薯粉 150g
♦  盐 1/2茶匙
♦  热水 500ml
♦  油 1 大匙

内馅:
♦  沙葛
♦  红罗卜
♦  香菇
♦  虾米


1) 将所有粉料同筛在深盆内,加入盐和油混合均匀,然后冲入热水。

搓成软团,休面10分钟。

2)分割成20粒同等小圆球状。

3)取一小圆球,杆成薄片,包入沙葛馅料,放在已涂上油的蒸盘里。

4)烧滾热水后,大火蒸8分钟即可。
