B（ 腌料 ）：
♦ 3 大匙 辣椒粉
♦ 2 大匙 蒜米粉
♦ 2 大匙 白胡椒粉
♦ 1 小匙 盐
♦ 5 大匙 清水
C ：
♦ 3 个 鸡蛋
D（炸粉）：
♦ 100 克 玉米粉
♦ 50 克 面粉
♦ 3 大匙 辣椒粉
♦ 2 大匙 白胡椒粉
♦ 2 大匙 发粉
♦ 2 大匙 蒜米粉
♦ 1 大匙 香草粉 （BASIL）
♦ 1/2 小匙 盐
1.00 把材料B搅拌，倒入鸡腿上，抹均匀，放入冰箱腌大4个小时以上或隔夜。
2.00 把材料C的鸡蛋打散，待用。
3.00 把材料D拌均，待用。
4.00 把腌制的鸡腿沾上一层炸粉，沾鸡蛋液，再沾一层炸粉，待2分钟，等返潮后即可下锅炸。
5.00 用中小火油炸大约10-15分钟，捞起，把油温提高，再把鸡腿放回油锅里炸一回（逼油动作），捞起，沥干油，趁热吃。
♥ 注意不可用大火炸这款鸡腿，因为鸡腿裹了很厚的粉，外皮很容易焦，肉还不熟。
