♦   排骨    400gm
♦   清水    400ml

炒糖色:-
♦   冰糖    15gm
♦   油        1大匙

調味:-
♦   香蔥      2根
♦   薑片      數片
♦   桂皮      2片
♦   八角      2顆
♦   鹽          1/2小匙
♦   生抽      1大匙
♦   花雕酒   2大匙


1.  先熱一鍋開水, 然後把排骨放進去川燙3-4分鐘后, 撈起洗淨, 備用
2.  把油和糖放進鍋內, 然後按STEW蓋上鍋, 然後等到100°開鍋攪至糖和油融合SSSS45-2
3.  倒入排骨然後放調味進去再加上400ml的水一起煮
