♦ 芋头 半 粒
♦ 番薯(橙色,黄,) 各1条
♦ 热水 适量
♦ 冰糖 适量
♦ 斑斓叶 6 片
♦ 椰浆
♦ 西米2汤匙


1. 芋头,各类番薯切小块。

2. 煮开一锅热水,西谷米放入热水中,以小火煮至外表呈半透明时,熄火,将西谷米留在锅中焖泡至外表呈全透明时,捞出沥干水份,再以冷水沖至西谷米变凉为止。
3. 把适量的热水倒入多功能营养锅内,加入冰糖,斑斓叶再放入芋头和番薯 按stew键,30分钟后关电源,开盖加入西米和椰汁既可。
