马铃薯包菜汤

1)马铃薯400g 去皮切块
2)洋葱1个去衣切块
3)萝卜1颗去皮切块
4)番茄1个切块
5)包菜适量(随各人喜爱)掰成小块
6)姜6片
7)蒜头5瓣连皮拍裂
8)胡椒1茶匙洗净拍裂
9)鸡骨1副洗净
10)水1500ml

调味料:
盐1茶匙、糖1/2茶匙、生抽1汤匙


1.  “熄火再煮锅”内锅倒入少许油+6)+2)爆香后放入所有的材料煮沸熄火,把内锅移到外锅中,盖好外锅盖手柄往上移扣紧锅盖,扣好两边的扣环焖1小时,放入调味料即可
