杏仁脆片

杏仁脆片HZ200-2

♦  杏仁片 300 克
♦  麦芽糖粉 150 克


1)  把杏仁片和麦芽糖粉, 放进一个大碗里拌匀就可以了。

2)  把混合好的杏仁片放在已经铺了烘焙纸的烤盘上, 要铺得均匀。

3)  然后, 放进已经预热的烤箱里, 用 150 度 烤 15 分钟左右 ( 自己要注意看, 每个人的烤箱大小不一样) 烤到金黄色就可以了。

4)  烤好了的杏仁片要趁热快快切片, 待冷后就可以进罐子了。


♥  杏仁脆片要趁熱切, 不然, 冷了之后会变脆, 一切就会碎掉。

♥  还没有做的杏仁混合料, 要盖好不要吹风, 不然就会变硬。
