♦   猪骨500g
♦   老黄瓜1条
♦   红枣1汤匙
♦   枸杞子1汤匙
♦   少许盐

1.  猪骨洗净后用开水焯一下,去掉血水,用冷水再冲洗干净.
2.  老黄瓜去籽,切厚块。
3.  把所以的材料和足够的热水放进(多功能营养锅)内,按soup键,
4.  待按键灯闪,关电源,加入适量盐调味既可。
