姜葱鸭

♦   鸭肉1/4
  姜丝
♦   洋葱
♦   青葱適量
♦   蒜蓉1匙

调味:
♦   盐少许
  味精半茶匙
  蚝油1小匙
♦   胡椒粉少许
♦   麻油1小匙
♦   水1湯匙
♦   黑酱油1小匙
♦   芡粉少许

1.  按Rice键上升至100后下少许油炒姜丝有点変色后加入蒜蓉丶洋葱丶炒香后加入鸭肉炒一下下蓋上蓋子

2.  大约1分钟再搅拌下加入1匙水丶再蓋上蓋子再1分钟丶将全部调味加上后倒入芡粉搅拌即可
