青柠蒜米椒仔泰式蒸鱼

简单美味的泰式菜肴,相信喜欢吃泰国菜的应该会喜欢这道鱼吧~


♦  鱼肉 1片
♦  香菜适量
♦  花生油 2tbsp

材料A :
♦  Limau Nipis汁 5大匙
♦  椰糖syrup 3大匙
♦  蒜米 2大匙 (剁碎)
♦  鱼露 2大匙
♦  小辣椒青色 2条 (切粒)
♦  小辣椒红色 2条 (切粒)

 


1)将材料A全部加在一起,成酱料之后待用。

2)把鱼蒸熟,如果蒸好很多鱼汁可以倒掉一些(别倒完,要剩一些),如果不是很多就不必倒。

3)把之前弄好的酱汁淋在鱼上,之后烧热花生油淋在已铺上酱汁的鱼上,放上香菜即可。
