材料 (A) 底层(白色层) : 豆奶布丁

♦  豆奶 1000ml( 1liter)
♦  糖 30g
♦  燕菜粉 11g
♦  Jelly 粉  4g
♦  淡奶 2tbsp

材料 (B) 第二层: 芒果优格

♦  芒果优格  700g
♦  燕菜粉  9g
♦  Jelly 粉  3g
♦  糖 20g

材料 (C) 最上面层 : 透明层

♦  燕菜粉 1/2 tbsp
♦  Jelly 粉 1/2 tbsp
♦  水400ml
♦  糖 70g

装饰 :

♦  水果适量 : 可以放自己喜欢吃的水果


1)  把材料 (A)的燕菜粉 + jelly 粉 + 糖混合均匀, 加入豆奶里煮至滚, 转小火再煮两分钟, 最后加入淡奶搅拌均匀, 熄火。倒入模里, 待半凝固。

2)  把材料 (B)的燕菜粉 + jelly 粉 + 糖混合均匀, 加入芒果优格一起煮至滚, 再转小火煮多2分钟, 熄火。倒入已经半凝固的豆奶布丁上面。待半凝固。

3)  最后把材料(C)混合均匀, 煮至滚后再多煮2分钟, 熄火。倒入少许的燕菜水进模, 把已经洗净切好的水果排好, 最后倒完全部的燕菜水就完成了。

4)完成后的布丁蛋糕待凝固, 凝固后就可以放入冰箱里冷藏一夜(最好), 脱模后就可以享用了。
