冬菇焖鸡脚
♦   鸡脚 2kg(已炸)
♦   花菇 200g
♦   蒜头 1碗仔(洗净,啪一下)
♦   蒜泥 4-5片剁成泥
♦   葱头仔 4-5粒剁碎

调味料:
♦   蚝油 6-7汤匙
♦   生抽 4-5汤匙
  老抽 上色
  鲍鱼汁 1-2汤匙
♦   清水


1.  先将鸡脚洗净!
2.  将花菇浸泡在水中待发,洗净备用!
3.  放入少许油爆香蒜头、蒜泥和葱头仔碎,再倒入花菇炒香!

4.  将鸡脚和炒香花菇放入「熄火再煮锅」里,放入清水大约遮掩到鸡脚和花菇,将所有调味料也一同倒入!煮滚20分钟,熄火!直接放入保温锅,盖上双层保温盖,大约焖煮2小时,即可享用!

重点:调味料自己可以做加减!
