5大粒橙(硬皮)
600ml清水
400ml鲜榨橙汁
10g燕菜粉
7汤匙糖
少许盐
2汤匙Sunquick oren(调色)

1.   橙对半切开,轻挤出橙汁,然后用汤匙挖出果肉,再把果肉挤出汁。

2.   把清水,橙汁,燕菜粉,糖和盐边煮边搅拌至滚后熄火。(燕菜粉得完全煮溶)。

3.   加入Sunquick oren 拌均,倒进果皮内至满后待硬即可,剩余的倒入其它的小模里。
