♦  1)青菜200g(菜心,小白菜,帝皇苗都行)洗净切细
♦  2)红萝卜2寸去皮切丁
♦  3)洋葱小的1个去衣切丁
♦  4)蒜头2瓣去衣剁碎
♦  5)姜2片剁碎
♦  6)剩饭2碗 + 2 个蛋抓匀(要炒时才加)
♦  7)肉松少许(可以不加)

调味料:
♦  盐、糖各1/2茶匙
♦  生抽1汤匙
♦  胡椒粉少许


A)  热镬倒入少许油 + 3)炒香 + 2)炒至颜色转淡 + 4)、5)炒香 推一边 + 少许油 + 1)炒至翠绿盛起

B)  将 6)倒入 A)中混合所有的材料,中火炒至干爽 + 调味料、青菜炒匀熄火撒入少许胡椒粉、肉松即可
