1. 将牛油和甜奶打发后加入蛋黄拌均。
2. 筛入面粉,拌匀成软面团,包入保鲜膜,放入冷藏20分钟。
3. 把馅料分成4份,每份100g,并揉成橄榄形。
4. 相同的把面团也份成4等份,包入馅料,一样揉成橄榄形状。
5. 表面用叉子画出条线,刷上蛋液,放入预热烤箱,以170烤40-50分钟至金黄。
