居銮月饼HZ140-2
♦  175g牛油
♦  50g甜奶
♦  255g面粉
♦  蛋黄一个

 内馅 :
♦  400g 莲溶或其它馅

 刷皮用 :
♦  皮黄1个
♦  鲜奶1/4Tsp


HZ140-3
1.  将牛油和甜奶打发后加入蛋黄拌均。

2.  筛入面粉，拌匀成软面团，包入保鲜膜，放入冷藏20分钟。

3.  把馅料分成4份，每份100g，并揉成橄榄形。

4.  相同的把面团也份成4等份，包入馅料，一样揉成橄榄形状。

5.  表面用叉子画出条线，刷上蛋液，放入预热烤箱，以170烤40-50分钟至金黄。
