冰皮与馅料比例~
50克模具~皮25克;馅25克

A:
♦ 糕粉 130克 (Koh Fun)
♦ 糖粉 180克
B:
♦ 白油 35克 (Shortening)

C:
♦ 蓝花汁 130毫升(20朵蓝花加入滚水后放入微波炉,煮滚1分钟待凉备用)
♦ 香草精 ½茶匙 (Vanilla essence)
D:馅料随个人喜欢–分割出所需份量(可随意包上烤香瓜子备用)


1)把材料A过筛,然后加入材料B混合均匀,再加入材料C拌均成团,分割出所需份量,搓圆。
2)将冰皮按扁,裹入馅料,抹上少许糕粉防粘,再用月饼模按压出花形即可冷藏。
