♦ 金瓜泥 300g
♦ 粘米粉 220g
♦ 木薯粉 40g
♦ 幼糖《细砂糖》 100g
♦ 食水270ml
♦ 椰丝/糖粉 适量


1. 将金瓜蒸熟压成泥。
