♦   1束虫草花
♦   红枣1汤匙
♦   枸杞子1汤匙
  少许盐

1.  猪骨洗净斩件,放入沸水中烫过,捞起沥干待用。
2.  将所以材料放入(多功能营养锅)内,注入适量热水,按(stew/炖)功能键,盖上锅盖。
