♦ 萝卜1条
♦ 素肉100g(也可改用豆腐卜)
♦ 薑碎小许
♦ 蒜碎小许
♦ 葱花小许
♦ 清水小许
调味料:
♦ 甜麵豉酱2茶匙
♦ 黄薑粉半茶匙
♦ 豉油1茶匙
♦ 油小许

1. 白萝卜洗淨去皮切细丝备用。
2. 大火下油爆香薑,蒜至金黄后加入麵豉酱,白萝卜,素肉炒均匀。
3. 后加入黄薑粉,豉油炒匀后,倒入清水约九成接近材料面,盖上锅盖水滚后转细火炆约8分钟(或至萝卜转透明色熟透,水份收乾至九成),后上碟洒上葱花即完成。
(因麵酱味浓我没有下盐,如有虽要自行试味下盐)
