马铃薯碗

材料:
1)大的马铃薯3个,连皮洗净放入水中煮熟约20分钟,用牙签插入,若能轻易插入就是熟了,取出(3 big potatoes with skin boil it)
2) Mozzarella Cheese

馅料:
1)蒜头2瓣剁碎(garlic)
2)鸡蛋1个打散炒碎
3)香菇2朵泡软切丁(Mushroom cube)+蚝油(oyster sauce)+胡椒粉(ground white pepper)腌一腌
4)罗卜丁(carrot cube),灯笼椒丁(capsicum cube),玉米(sweet corn),黄梨丁(pineapple cube),洋葱丁(onion cube),番茄丁(tomato cube)各2汤匙(2 tbsp each)
*馅料可随各人喜好加减

调味料:
1)盐(salt),糖(sugar)各1/3茶匙(tsp)
2)胡椒粉少许(ground white pepper)
做法:
1)200c预热烤箱
2)热镬下油
3)下萝卜炒至颜色转淡
4)下洋葱炒香
5)下香菇炒香
6)下蒜头炒香
7)将其余的馅料全放入炒匀,放入调味料炒匀盛起
8)马铃薯对半切(要小心皮会裂)用茶匙小心挖出中间的马铃薯,留下约8mm厚边(挖出的马铃薯可作马铃薯泥)
9)填入馅料,铺上Mozzarella Cheese
10)放入预热的烤箱烤约10分钟或至略金黄色即可
*连皮吃,皮略脆
