佛手瓜焖香菇


♦   300g 佛手瓜,去皮,切粗条
  50g红萝卜,切粗条
  3朵香菇,浸软,切粗条
  适量木耳,浸软,切粗块
  6粒素鸡,切丁
  1/2 大匙姜末
  1 大匙油

调味料:
  1大匙素蚝油
♦   1/2 小匙盐
  少许麻油和胡椒粉
♦   水适量
♦   1小匙粟米粉,打勾芡用


1.  烧热1大匙油,爆香姜末,加入所有材料炒匀。
2.  将调味料加入,焖至佛手软,打勾芡即 可上碟享用。
*以适量的酱油,麻油和糖腌香菇,香菇会更入味 可口。
