♦   鲜野菌60g
♦   秋葵200g(切半)
♦   洋姜5个(切细)
♦   洋葱2个(切丝)
♦   姜碎大量
♦   蒜碎小許
♦   芫茜大量(切细)
♦   韮菜子小许(後洒上)

调味料:
♦   五味粉2茶匙
♦   素蚝油1茶匙
♦   绍兴酒1茶匙
♦   辣椒粉半茶匙
♦   豉油1茶匙
♦   水1汤匙
♦   盐小许

1.   野菌用小扫扫去细沙,放入清水冲冼乾净,揸乾水份备用。(如比较多泥可用小许盐揉搓去泥沙再过水冼淨)
2.   中火下油爆香姜,蒜,洋葱至金黄,加入野菌,酒炒匀,加入洋姜,秋葵,五味粉,豉油,素蚝油,辣椒粉,小许盐快炒匀,加入清水,盖上锅盖1分钟,加入芫茜炒匀即可上碟,再洒上韮菜子即完成。

(秋葵铁质丰富,素食者及儿童非常适合作为补血食疗)做给儿童可除去辣椒粉。
(洋姜含大量胶质,能令血小板生成,更能相向调节血糖及脂肪平衡)
