荔枝马蹄糖水

因为买了很多荔枝回来吃不完,吃得多又容易上火。所以就想到用荔枝来煲糖水,可以清火祛燥。加了马蹄煲出来的糖水更是清甜好喝。冰冰凉凉,爽口又清甜的荔枝马蹄糖水最适合夏日饮用。

材料
♦  荔枝肉(150克)
♦  马蹄(10个)

调料 :
♦  冰糖(适量)

做法

YS81-31.  荔枝去壳去核,放淡盐水里浸泡一会儿去热气;

2.  马蹄洗净去皮切成小块状备用;

3.  锅中加入5碗水烧开,倒入荔枝和马蹄大火烧开后用勺子勺去浮沫,转小火煮20分钟;

4.  放入冰糖再煮5分钟直到冰糖溶化,关火把糖水盛出;

5.  糖水放凉后,放进冰箱冷藏2个小时即可吃了。
