鲜橙鸡扒

鲜橙鸡扒HL246-2

♦  大雞腿

 醃料 :
♦  生抽1茶匙
♦  蚝油1茶匙
♦  糖少許
♦  粟米粉1茶匙

調味料 :
♦  鲜橙1個
♦  蚝油1茶匙
♦  生抽1茶匙
♦  绍兴酒1湯匙
♦  白糖1湯匙


1)   鲜橙切开一半,把橙挤出橙汁备用(不可用搅果汁机挤)加入全部調味料一起搅均匀,备用。

2)   先將雞腿(拆骨)在没皮的肉那一面轻轻切幾刀(防止鸡肉收缩不像鸡扒)然后清洗乾淨抹乾加入醃料拌勻,醃1/2小時。鍋燒熱油,將雞腿煎至兩面金黃九成熟,盛出待用。

3)   加如橙汁調味料和少許水煮熱,再放入雞扒燜一下就行了。
