♦   40克面粉
♦   80克花生油
♦   60克糖粉icing sugar
♦   100克花生碎(我买现成的)
♦   1/5 茶匙发粉
♦   1/5 茶匙苏打粉
♦   1/5茶匙盐

搽表面
♦   鸡蛋一粒(打散)

必备用具
♦   油纸, 锡箔纸,蒸架


1.   将以上的材料搅拌,搓揉成团(因为有油的关系,所以最好戴上手套来搓)
2.   取出大约10克,搓成球形后,再轻轻按一按。
3.   放在一个圆形铁盘(是刚好可以放入锅内大的铁盘,铁盘上铺一张油纸)。在花生饼的表面涂上一层蛋液。
4.   在多功能营养锅内铺一张锡箔纸,在把蒸架放入,盖锅,打开电源,按” Rice”键。当温度上到65度,打开把以放入花生饼的铁盘放在蒸架上,盖锅。
5.   15分钟后,温度是在100度,按“Off”(不要关掉电源)这时利用Milestone多功能营养锅留下的热度,让饼干再里头继续烘5分钟,后就可以取出了。
