♦  300克 鸡腿肉去骨 – 切厚片，粟粉，一粒鸡蛋（蛋白）

A :
♦  两茶匙 生抽
♦  一茶匙 胡椒粉
♦  1/2 茶匙 麻油
♦  一茶匙蚝油

B :
♦  一茶匙 蒜茸
♦  一茶匙 葱茸

C :
♦  三汤匙 番茄酱
♦  一茶匙 蚝油
♦  一茶匙 HP酱
♦  半茶匙 LP酱
♦  一茶匙 生抽
♦  少许 胡椒粉
♦  一汤匙 白糖
♦  一杯 水
♦  一茶匙 花雕酒

D :
♦  8粒 小红番茄
♦  一个 苹果 – 去皮 -切丁
♦  黄瓜 – 切块
♦  一片 黄梨 – 切片

1）鸡肉切厚片，A料腌制最少两个小时。

2）将肉粘上蛋白，再粘上粟粉入油锅，炸至金黄，捞起沥干油备用。

3）留两汤匙油，爆香B料，加入C料一起煮滚，再用粟粉水勾芡。

4）最后，放入D料及炸肉片快炒均匀即可上锅。
