♦  大虾二十只弃壳,开背去肠,洗净备用
♦  臭豆十三条(拔开两边)
♦  大辣椒三条
♦  小辣椒五至八条(各人口味)
♦  马来栈一片
♦  大葱两粒
♦  蒜头一粒
♦  Asam Jawa (拿出一小块,加入一小碗水备用)

调味品 :
♦  鸡精粉一小匙
♦  盐一点点
♦  黄姜粉一小匙

1)虾球加入盐和薥米粉腌1个小时。

2)臭豆拔好浸盐水(一小匙盐,浸有10分钟拿起,这样会保持着爽口)

3)将大小辣椒,大葱,蒜头和马来桟一起搅拌均匀后,烧热油锅加入三汤匙的菜油,然后爆香它拿起备用。

4)洗净锅,烧热了加入油倒进虾球炒一炒,差不多熟了倒入炒好的辣椒,再加上准备好的 Asam 水。

5)滚开后加入调味品,爆香后才开大火倒入臭豆炒一下拿起就可。

6)在炒辣椒的时候也可以加入大葱角和大辣椒做装饰。
